Shipping policy

Packing & Shipping: After receiving your order, your items will be shipped out within 3 business days after confirming your payment.

Packing Fee: A packing fee of about 300 to 700 yen will be charged per order depending on the weight of the product. 

Carrier: Japan Post or DHL. Depending on circumstances, like pandemic, strikes, war, or weather, we choose either of them to secure the delivery.
